Role Description

In this role, you will leverage experience and deep knowledge of Quote to Cash (QTC) to partner with leadership to elevate our systems and processes, design creative solutions and lead enterprise projects, be an analytical thinker and problem solver, have excellent communication skills, and a strong desire for automation and continuous improvement. 

Responsibilities

  • Partner with Sales, Finance, Legal, Professional Services, Product, etc. teams in leading global Business Systems projects 
  • Capture, analyze, and validate business needs of stakeholders, using data and information from various sources 
  • Document detailed and thorough User Stories and Acceptance Criteria 
  • Prioritize the backlog and sets expectations with stakeholders 
  • Independently review requests and troubleshoot issues to understand process and technical inefficiencies, identify root causes, and drive and implement best practices solutions 
  • Drive change management and enablement efforts 

Qualifications

  • 4+ years experience in a business analyst, product owner, or equivalent role working with Salesforce, ERP systems, and/or Contracts Management systems
  • Experience working with CPQ systems and processes 
  • Experience working with Sage Intacct or other similar ERP systems
  • Experience working in an Agile team 
  • Ability to manage time effectively and adapt quickly to changing priorities 
  • Willing to challenge the norm and create new processes 
  • Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills 
  • Experience with Jira, CPQ, Professional Services Automation, Intacct, Workday, and other enterprise tools a plus 
  • Certified Salesforce Administrator or Certified Salesforce Business Analyst a plus  
  • Bachelor's degree or higher preferred
