Senior Visual Designer

As a Sr Visual Designer, you will work with our design team, to design and test information architectures for our software solutions including desktop and mobile devices.  You will use your creativity and eye for design, along with your technical knowledge to develop great user experiences.  You will collaborate with development teams and product teams to document and deliver engaging designs.  You will analyze data from user research and make decisions on how to improve a product’s design.

• Collaborate with Design Team, PMs and Developers to develop engaging user experiences
• Rigorously analyze business and customer needs to complete detailed design
• Ensure the layout composition and information architecture for products and features to ensure functionality is exposed in a clear and consistent manner across all devices
• Formulating information architecture for navigation for complex data structures
• Participate on all facets of UX process from design to development and further to quality assurance
• Comfortable working with design standards and design systems
• Experience translating business requirements into wireframes, prototypes and design concept specifications

• 5 plus years of User Experience Design work
• Experience with design tools such as Figma is essential
• Expertise in developing wireframes and prototypes
• Attention to detail and care for producing polished deliverables
• Exceptional written, verbal, and presentation skills
• Experience with Material UI and or Bootstrap is an asset
• Experience working with React, Angular, JavaScript or similar is an asset
